i have been sleeping early nowadays, (today is an exemption). i just realized that i was losing all the good night's sleep over some unnecessary work, albeit it augments my family's income too. so it's not really unnecessary, hey? anyways, i find it good to have a good sleep again. for the last three months that i have been cracking my head up for some things to write and i had to write it right away, i forgot how it was like to have an 8-hour sleep (or more) a day. well, i am finally going back to my regular routine. nap with kids in the afternoon and sleep with them at night. it's a good way to boost energy, wake up and feel fresh, and have a healthy lifestyle. getting enough sleep is the best health tip one can ever give and get. it can even be good for acne blemish treatment. (?) i wish. anyways, like what i just said, i've been sleeping early but today is an exemption... or maybe not an exemption at all because it's 3:34 in the morning. it is early, right? just not the right time of the day. i better go to sleep now. have to wake up early for parents-teacher meeting tomorrow.it's me,
