I am back. Yes, I did take a coffee break. Didn't I tell you I needed a double shot of caffeine? :D Anyways, as I was sipping my coffee, I felt rather guilty. You know why? This was my third mug for the day. I needed the caffeine but not the extra sugar. I don't like black coffee. I love it when it's sweet and white. And for one mug of coffee, I need at least 3 teaspoonfuls of sugar. I know it's not a good news, especially for those who are opting for fast weight loss. But what can I do? Black coffees make me puke. Oooppsss... sorry for being blatant about it. I hope I don't offend any black coffee lovers here.
I feel guilty... but other than that, I feel great. Tonight is a blessed night.
